Dione is a vision of a mysterious place where an unknown processes occur. It’s a creation of matter in unexpected spaces.
The abstract world of Dione is not a CGI piece. Mat Zdziebko, KV veteran team member, created this piece as a proof of concept mixing motion-controlled candle wax printing technique with stop motion and timelapse capture, practical special effects and a bit postproduction work. Dione also showcases Mat’s passion for sound design and music composing.
